Get a native Chinese name
If you already know you want a name a native would actually use — not a Xinhua spelling, not a quiz result, not a pretty PDF — this is the door. Chinese Name Check will not mint characters here, and it will not ask you to pay first.

Check the name you have
Teacher list, generator output, church bulletin — paste it. Keep, Kill, or Fix. Free. No sales pitch in front of the verdict.
Want a native name
That work is not instant
Structure first, then a native first impression. Days, not a spinner. No payment processor on this domain — the parent brand is the product.
Why this page is separate from the checker
People who type “is my Chinese name fake” should not hit a paywall. People who type “get a native Chinese name” should not be handed a generator. Splitting /check from /get keeps those intents from contaminating each other.
What you will not get here
- A minted replacement for 约翰, 凯文, or 莎拉.
- An MBTI, stroke-count, or “lucky” score.
- A calligraphy file of a name nobody would wear.
- A checkout form. There isn’t one on this site yet — by design.
What “native” means on this family of sites
A 百家姓 surname in first position, a given name of one or two characters people actually use, and a first impression that does not require a footnote. The Native First-Impression Protocol is the rubric. The checker is the automated first layer. The naming itself is Native Chinese Name.
If a generator already gave you characters, do not pay twice. Paste them on the checker. Read why generators fail if you want the comparison in writing.
